Engineering & Automotive

Continental Engines Limited is the parent company of the engineering and automotive wing and is involved in automotive component manufacturing. It has two subsidiaries:
  • Baxy is an OEM for heavy duty three-wheelers and small four-wheelers. It also manufactures a wide range of single and double cylinder engines in Roorkie, Uttarkhand.
  • Vege is an offshore vertical of the Group and a major producer of re-manufactured engines.


Oriental Structural Engineers, established over 40 years ago, is one of India’s prominent infrastructure development companies and an unrivalled player in the runway and highway sector. The Group has constructed 42 national airports, the Indian Formula 1 circuit and numerous highways and expressways across India.
